Following our passionate brand entity, we architecturally invested in the overall space taking advantage of the location of the building, making the living experience, although in a complex, more intimate and unique. Our goal was to exploit the view the higher floors offer but to also take advantage in a meaningful way of the corner location of the plot. This meant that during the synthesis, we would aim at revealing the dualism of the building and the possibility of approaching it in an equally engaging, intersecting way from both sides and streets. To achieve this double reading of the building's facades, dynamic geometries and clean shapes were used. The roof of the building, a bonus point, is designed as a recreational area accenting the unobstructed view of the sea.
